Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise accompanied by an original sales receipt may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the original form of payment. The purchase can be returned online or at any Robert Graham Full Price Store. However, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on final-sale and pop-up merchandise, swimwear, intimates, fragrance, and gift cards. All footwear must be returned with original packaging in original condition. Merchandise marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If the item was purchased at robertgraham.us, it must be mailed back within 30 days of the delivery date using the pre-paid UPS return label provided at the end of the return process, and must be accompanied by a unique RMA.

As for the shipping policy, Robertgraham.us offers free UPS ground shipping on all U.S. orders of $149+. Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding certain U.S. holidays. For international orders, they are shipped via DHL. Please note that due to high volume, orders may be delayed from being processed in 1-3 business days and continued shipping delays may also be experienced. Certain items, such as alcohol-based fragrance products, require special handling and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, certain military addresses, or to addresses located outside of the continental United States. For international shipping, some restrictions may apply and additional expenses including customs duty, taxes & shipping that are specific to your country may be incurred.
